As General Manager for Waltham Woods, Patrick Cusick provides leadership and mentorship to the culinary and operations team to ensure that the Center’s meticulous standards of hospitality are maintained. Patrick is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Center and ensuring the highest quality of guest experiences. Before joining Waltham Woods, Cusick gained over a decade of experience in the hospitality industry, including roles as Operations Manager and Director of Clubs at Soldier Field and Restaurant and Clubs Manager at Petco Park.
After graduating from Johnson & Wales University with a degree in Sports, Entertainment, and Event Management, Laura started her career in the hospitality industry and quickly realized her passion for taking her clients’ ideas from dreams to once-in-a-lifetime experiences. Before joining Waltham Woods in 2023, Laura gained experience managing sales and events in some of the Northeast’s most well-known private venues. No matter what kind of event our guests are looking for, Laura makes the planning process stress-free and uniquely memorable with her above-and-beyond hospitality and creative vision.
Raised in California where she received her Hospitality degrees, she brings with her a varied background in Catering, Baking, and more unusual experiences (just ask her!). Moving over from Catering Manager, she has transitioned to help sell our beautiful Conference Center and taking care of our Social Media needs. Though not quite used to the cold winters here, she has settled in as a member of the team who can be counted on to jump in wherever needed
Courtney joined the team in March 2008 and is the “hands on” person behind the scenes. Keeps on top of food trends and takes pride in buying local and fresh whenever possible. Prior to her time with CCWW, Courtney spent time “chef-ing” in hotels and catering to private jets.
Victor started his career with Sodexo in January 2002. He has since cooked up a storm in the back of many kitchens, but we were able to entice him to join us in May of 2016. He has been our Sous Chef ever since; baking up his most-requested flan, making waffles for holiday parties and grilling up delicious food in the Dining room! He’s our own Action Station Chef extraordinaire!
