The Conference Center at Waltham Woods is the premiere day meeting center in the Boston area. A total of 17,000 square feet of meeting space, made up of 11 meeting rooms, all featuring natural light, the latest technology, ergonomic chairs, and flexible seating styles, ensures we can accommodate groups of almost any size and room set. Our continuous break stations are located outside your meeting rooms ensuring your group is not disturbed during your meeting. You will find it easy to host your meetings with us.

Auditorium

The Auditorium is the centerpiece of our meeting room facilities. This spectacular room may be used for general sessions, addresses or lectures, corporate sales meetings, or other business events where presentation, attendee focus, and controlled environment are critical.

Percy Wadman

This versatile meeting room has a high ceiling, two walls of windows allowing in natural light, hard non-glare writing surfaces, individual thermostat, wireless internet, and a full array of audio visual equipment and support service. The Percy Wadman room can be set to accommodate your specific needs, whether classroom, U-shape, theatre style, or clusters.

Berkshire

Like the Percy Wadman Room, this meeting space brings in plenty of natural light, along with glimpses of the outdoor scenery. You can use the entire room, or it may be divided with an airwall to create two smaller spaces. Seating setups are flexible to suit your needs and business objectives.

The Fenway

The Fenway room can seat up to 110 people depending on the style. A variety of room configurations are available to suit any meeting need. Adjacent to the continuous break stations /reception area makes it a convenient room. From the “smart” podium, one can control all audio visual equipment in the room.

Beacon Hill

Seating configuration is flexible in this room and it is adjacent to the fully stocked community refreshment area and reception desk. It’s easy to control the audiovisual equipment in the room via the “smart” podium with touch screen and built in computer.

Charles River

This exceptional meeting space is ideal for conference seating of up to 30 attendees or for smaller groups in alternate seating configurations. Whether your program calls for a breakout session, collaborative workgroup environment or a committee or board meeting, the Charles River Room has all the furniture, fixtures, audiovisual and support services you will need.

Back Bay

This room can accommodate up to 16 people conference style. Two walls of windows overlook the beautifully manicured landscaping of the office park. Refreshments and beverages can be served on the granite counter along the width of the room. The projection screen is on the opposite end of the counter and can be used with our portable computer projector if needed.

Essex North

This intimate boardroom seats 12 around an rectangular table and is brightly lit by two entire walls of windows looking out onto a gorgeous panorama. A granite counter can be used for snacks and beverages. A built in projection screen is on one wall for use by our portable computer projection equipment if needed.
